The Four Freshmen

The Four Freshmen perform with that same unmistakable sound of the original group - a vocal harmony like no other.  Over the years, the Four Freshmen have strongly influenced many groups including Take Six, Manhattan Transfer, and The Beach Boys.

In the 22nd incarnation of the group, the Four Freshmen perform many original Four Freshmen hits, along with some of their own favorites blended with audience-pleasing charisma and humor.  Today's Four Freshmen not only are some of the best young jazz vocalists in the business, but they each play instruments, creating a dynamic performance style.

They were voted as the best vocal group of 2003 by the JazzTimes Reader.

Eric Himy

The compelling artistry of Eric Himy has intrigued audiences on five continents.  He began studying piano at age six, and has gone on to win numerous awards, including a Gold Medal at the World Piano Competition in Cincinnati, the Kosciuszko Chopin Prize in New York, and top honors in the 1991 Milosz Magin International Competition in Paris.

He has performed in many renowned venues, including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Recital Hall and Salle Gaveau in Paris.  In his private studio, he teaches on a 100-year-old Concert Grand Steinway, upon which Sergei Rachmaninov once played!

The Maxwell Street Klezmer Band

The Maxwell Street Klezmer Band has been one of the Midwest's premiere Klezmer Bands for over twenty years.  They perform both for public concerts in the U.S. and worldwide, and for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, and other private parties.  Maxwell Street has been central to the revival of traditional Jewish music in the Midwest. It is one of the true Klezmer "Big Bands," recalling the rich, jazzy sounds of the Swing Era.

The Gateway Trio

The Gateway Trio has been performing in America's most prestigious venues for more than 40 years.  In the style of a classic folk trio, they play inspired vocal and instrumental renditions of tunes, ranging from Broadway shows to the music of legendary artists like Rick Nelson, John Denver, Gordon Lightfoot and the Kingston Trio.  Their knowledge of show-stopping tunes is seemingly endless!

The group is also no stranger to radio and television and has produced and recorded more than seven albums.  Their charming in-between-song patter has landed them regular live features in cities across the country, including Hilton Head, Phoenix, Indianapolis, and Las Vegas.  The Gateway Trio has a program designed for young and old alike and finds the honesty in every song.
